Orders

Your order is accepted when payment is taken and we send your confirmation email. Each confirmation includes a private link where you can follow your order. You do not need an account.

Prices and delivery

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is insured and tracked; the charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Authenticity

Every signed item comes with a certificate of authenticity. If an independent authentication service we both accept finds that a signature is not genuine, we will refund the item in full including delivery.

Cancelling and returns

You can cancel an order for goods within 14 days of receiving them under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Return the item in the condition you received it, with its certificate, and we'll refund you within 14 days of getting it back. Items signed or personalised to your request cannot be returned unless faulty.

Competition entries

Draw entries are covered by our competition terms. Once a draw has started, entries cannot be cancelled.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
