Competition terms
The rules that apply to every Ink Idols draw. Please read them before you enter.

1. The promoter
Ink Idols is a trading name of [Searlco Ltd], registered in England & Wales, company no. [12713800]. Contact: hello@inkidols.com.
2. Who can enter
Draws are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, except our employees, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the draw. We may ask the winner for proof of age and address before awarding a prize.
3. How the draws work
Each draw has a fixed list of entry options, such as football clubs, boxers or players. Each option can be bought by one entrant only, and you can buy as many of the remaining options as you like. Names of clubs, athletes and organisations are used only to label entry options; their use does not imply endorsement by, or association with, those clubs, athletes or organisations.
The first name and last initial of the entrant holding each option is shown on the draw page.
4. When the draw takes place
A draw closes as soon as every entry option has been sold. We then announce the date and time of the live draw, which is streamed on our social channels such as Facebook and TikTok. If a draw has not sold out within a reasonable time, we may extend it, or cancel it and refund every entry in full.
The winning option is chosen by a verifiable random process: before the draw opens we publish the SHA-256 fingerprint of a secret seed, and after the draw we publish the seed and the full list of entered options so anyone can recompute the result.
5. Winners and prizes
We will contact the winner by email within 3 days of the draw. If we cannot reach the winner within 14 days, we may redraw. The prize is as described on the draw page, comes with its own Ink Idols authentication code, is non-transferable and has no cash alternative, except where we choose to offer a prize of equal or greater value. We publish the winning option, the winner's first name and last initial, and the draw proof on our winners page.
6. Cancellation
If we have to cancel a draw, we will refund all entries in full to the original payment method.
7. Liability and law
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
