Seller terms

Draft terms provided with the platform. Have these reviewed by a solicitor before launch.

1. Genuine items only

You confirm every item you submit was personally signed by the person named and that you own it outright. You'll supply honest evidence of the signing. Ink Idols may refuse or remove any listing, and may ask for an item to be sent to us or an independent authenticator before or after listing.

2. Commission

Ink Idols keeps 15% of the item price on each sale, or 15% of the entry takings for a prize draw. This covers card processing, the listing, authentication codes and labels, and marketing. The delivery charge paid by the buyer is passed to you in full when you ship the item yourself.

3. Shipping and proof of delivery

When an item sells, ship it within 3 working days, insured for its full value and tracked, with the Ink Idols code label attached as supplied. Add the tracking number in your dashboard and upload proof of delivery once the courier confirms it. Payment is released 7 days after proof of delivery is uploaded.

4. Prize draws

If your item is offered as a prize, you must keep it available and unchanged until the draw is made, then ship it to the winner as above. If the item can't be supplied, the draw is cancelled, all entrants are refunded and you may be charged our costs.

5. Refunds and disputes

If a buyer receives an item that doesn't match its listing or its authentication record, or doesn't receive it, we may refund the buyer. Where that's due to the seller, the amount is deducted from your balance or recovered from you.

6. Payouts

We pay cleared balances by bank transfer, normally weekly. We'll confirm your bank details with you directly before the first payment. You're responsible for your own tax on sales.

7. Ending the agreement

Either side can end this agreement at any time. Sales and draws already under way must still be completed.
